But regrettably it’s not unusual, for men and women that suffer from this crippling condition to relapse and fall back into that vicious circle. Individuals who suffer from depression shouldn’t refrain from seeking expert help. Unfortunately, many people believe in the stigma attached to mental health problems. Even that is slowly but steadily going away as years pass. There’s absolutely no shame in feeling emotional pain and because of that, there surely shouldn’t be any shame in seeking help.
